I am a leader with lived experience of dyslexia and a long-term health condition, I have first-hand knowledge of the workplace challenges and the immense value that neurodivergent minds offer.

I partner with clients to identify what is holding them back, develop clarity on their goals, and unlock their inner potential. My method combines deep listening, challenging questions, and a range of structured approaches to ensure fundamental, lasting change.
